If you are not happy with your purchase or you have an issue that we are unable to solve which makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a refund.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a refund.

How to make a request for a refund?

Please make a note of your transaction order ID with the subject: “Request and refund” and describe in your email the issues you are facing and the reason for this request. In some cases, you may need to provide us with proofs, and we may also provide you with proofs of our work and findings to explain our point of view and decision in more detail and transparency.

Conditions:

Please understand and accept that we can’t provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try to solve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a refund. Please contact our live support 24/7 at any time if you need assistance.

Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds can be processed.

If you paid using credit cards, refunds are generally processed, and funds are returned to the debit card on the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 working days. However, there are cases in which a refund takes longer to process, which may take up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these time frames and delays as we are not the payment provider but the IPTV service provider.

We will refund the entire purchase amount for purchases made within 7 days. For all other refund requests, refunds will be issued partially according to the period of the subscription that has been used. The Iptvliving support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Note: Every refund usually takes 20 to 90 working days to process, and it’s not within our control to reduce this period. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We will try our best to process refunds as soon as possible after reviewing the request and checking user information.

We will not send refunds or make partial refunds if:

  1. The user is unable to set up their own box and system at their end: We will provide our best support to set up boxes, devices, apps, and systems in all cases of assistance requests. However, our support is limited to pre-defined steps for device configurations as we may not have knowledge of the circumstances with the box, devices, and system, etc.
  2. Some channels are freezing, buffering, or not working rarely: Although almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes some channels may freeze or not work due to various reasons, but these issues are usually temporary. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them. The reasons for temporary issues can include:
    • Customer internet fluctuations.
    • Issues with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
    • ISP issues.
    • Channel downtime from the server end.
    • Customer changing their mind and wanting to withdraw/switch between servers.

However, if a user/customer can’t access their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours or more due to server issues or any other problems caused by us, we will either completely refund the package price or add all the lost time on top of your subscription for free. Additionally, we can negotiate some extra bonuses together.
